Jakarta. PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading provider of energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions in Southeast Asia, is undergoing scheduled Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) at its petrochemical facilities in Cilegon, Banten, in line with standard global petrochemical industry practices. This activity is part of global petrochemical industry standards and is conducted periodically and in a planned manner to ensure the reliability, safety, and integrity of production facilities.

Turnaround Maintenance is carried out periodically and in a planned manner to ensure the continued reliability, safety, and operational integrity of the company’s production facilities. The activities are being implemented under Chandra Asri Group’s operational governance framework and include the optimization of supporting facilities and upgrades to certain units to strengthen long-term operational readiness.

In line with Chandra Asri Group’s commitment to responsibly managing petrochemical facilities that have been in operation for more than 33 years, the maintenance is being executed in an integrated and measured manner, without any permanent change to the plant’s operational status. This initiative aims to ensure that the facilities continue to operate in accordance with established safety and performance standards, while supporting the company's long-term operational sustainability.

The maintenance will commence in January 2026, covering the Naphtha Cracker facility as well as the Polymer Plants (Polyethylene & Polypropylene), and is expected to last approximately 26 days. Meanwhile, maintenance activities at the Butadiene and MTBE & Butene-1 Plants are estimated to take around 41 days. During these periods, the company is coordinating operations to minimize any potential impact on customers and the supply chain.
