Astra Sets $908 M Dividend, Appoints New CEO
Jakarta. Astra International (IDX: ASII) has approved a total cash dividend of Rp 390 per share, equivalent to about Rp 15.67 trillion ($908.1 million), while reshuffling its board of commissioners and directors following its annual general meeting on Thursday.
The company said the dividend includes an interim payout of Rp 98 per share, or Rp 3.96 trillion, which was distributed on Oct. 31, 2025. The remaining Rp 292 per share will be paid on May 25 to shareholders on record as of May 6 at 4 p.m. Jakarta time.
Astra said that the total dividend payout may change depending on the number of shares eligible for dividends, as the company continues its ongoing share buyback program.
Shareholders also approved changes to the company’s leadership. Prijono Sugiarto was appointed President Commissioner.
