Jakarta. Presidential hopeful Prabowo Subianto recently handed over some assistance to entrepreneurs who were part of the Mekar Digital Sejahtera (MDS) Coop.

This assistance is expected to help the entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Alfina Damayanti was a Subang entrepreneur who sold salted eggs for a living.

Alfina received 2 cages of ducks from Prabowo, who is head of the MDS Coop honorary council.

Alfina talked about how much MDS Coop had saved her life. Since her parents died, Alfina has been taking care of her younger sibling’s tuition fees.

“Thanks to MDS, I received Rp 5 million in capital assistance,” Alfina said while adding that the money has helped the salted egg business.

“Thanks to MDS, I was able to pay for my grandmother’s medical treatment. Duck farmers are all in for Prabowo,” Alfina added.

Aside from ducks, Prabowo also handed over some gas ovens, a sealer, coffee, and sewing machines, to other MDS Coop members.
