Jakarta. Presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto recently went on a campaign rally to the Minahasa regency in North Sulawesi just a day after the weekend's debate finale. 

According to a press release, Minahasa holds a special place for Prabowo. This is where his family -- particularly from his mother’s side Dora Marie Sigar-- came from. He also visits the Sigar Maengkom family grave, which is also his extended family. Prabowo’s trip also includes a visit to the Schwarz statue -- which Prabowo had donated to the Christian community in Minahasa. 

Langowan residents have been waiting for Prabowo on the Schwarz grounds since the morning. Enthusiasm also soared high as excited locals waited for Prabowo along the road, spanning from the Sam Ratulangi airport to Langowan. The locals were cheering Prabowo's name with the campaign theme song ‘Oke Gas, Prabowo-Gibran Paling Pas’ (‘Let’s Go, Prabowo-Gibran is the Right One’) playing in the background.
