Chandra Asri’s CASS Recruits Up to 200 Professionals for Better Services
Jakarta. Chandra Asri Group is strengthening its shared service center, Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), by recruiting up to 200 professionals.
The recruitment will take place in phases until the end of 2026. This aligns with the development of integrated business services to support the group’s operations in Southeast Asia.
CASS offers centralized back-office services covering finance, human resources, procurement, and customer operations. Through this model, the Jakarta-based CASS acts as a regional service center, driving efficiency, process standardization, and strengthening governance within the group.
CASS already supports regional operations, including Aster Chemical & Energy Pte. Ltd., as well as Aster Polymer Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, a joint venture between Chandra Asri Group and Glencore. This cross-border support confirms the capability of Indonesian professionals to effectively and competitively manage integrated business services for regional entities.
"Strengthening CASS is part of our strategy to build a more integrated and efficient operational foundation at the local level. This initiative is a way to develop Indonesian talent so they can develop their competencies within the growing Chandra Asri Group,” Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Director Suryandi said.
“By opening up to 200 professional job opportunities by 2026, we want to ensure that business growth also goes hand in hand with the development of national competencies that can compete at the regional level."
The Jakarta base also reflects confidence in the quality of Indonesian human resources in managing operations and supporting strategic functions and governance in the Southeast Asian region.
In this recruitment, CASS will search for talents with competencies in finance, accounting, HR services, procurement, and other supporting functions. This initiative is expected to strengthen national capabilities in digital-based service management and the optimization of the artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem.
CASS also plans to continue to expand its service coverage to more entities within the group. Serving external partners is also in the pipeline.
Through this initiative, Chandra Asri Group reaffirms its commitment to making Indonesia a strategic talent and operational hub supporting the growth of the energy, chemical, and infrastructure businesses in the region.
