Jakarta. PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading provider of energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions in Southeast Asia, recognizes young talent development as a strategic pillar to strengthen competitiveness and accelerate the company’s transformation.

In line with its continued expansion into strategic sectors and asset growth across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, Chandra Asri Group has introduced the Graduate Development Program (GDP) -- an initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders who will play a pivotal role in the company’s transformation journey.

The GDP targets Indonesian fresh graduates from domestic and international universities who have demonstrated strong academic performance and a drive for continuous growth. The first recruitment cycle will begin in the first half of 2026, aiming to attract exceptional young talents eager to contribute to Chandra Asri Group’s growth and help strengthen national industrial competitiveness.

Human Resource & Corporate Affairs Director of Chandra Asri Group, Suryandi, said: “Through the GDP, we aim to nurture a new generation of professionals who will contribute to Chandra Asri Group’s journey of transformation and expansion. This program represents a long-term investment in developing talent with strong technical capabilities, leadership potential, and strategic understanding of the industry.”

He further emphasized that Chandra Asri Group is committed to creating opportunities and actively contributing to the development of Indonesia’s young talent.

“This program is designed as a structured leadership acceleration initiative to cultivate performance-driven future leaders who are adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented in addressing industry challenges,” added Suryandi.

The GDP reflects Chandra Asri Group’s commitment to nurturing young, high-potential talent while supporting the national agenda to optimize Indonesia’s demographic dividend. Participants will gain cross-functional experience, structured learning, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities. The program is designed to equip them with comprehensive business acumen, agility in navigating industry challenges, and the drive to contribute to the company’s sustainable growth and transformation.

The initiative also supports the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025–2029, in which the government prioritizes enhancing human capital competitiveness.

Through the GDP, Chandra Asri Group aims to actively contribute to developing high-quality human resources that can help achieve the national Human Capital Index targets and strengthen Indonesia’s foundation for long-term economic growth.

With more than 30 years of experience as Indonesia’s petrochemical industry leader and a diversified portfolio across the energy and infrastructure sectors, Chandra Asri Group continues to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and leadership.

Leveraging Indonesia’s demographic momentum, the Group is committed to shaping a new generation of future-ready talent capable of competing at regional and global levels while contributing meaningfully to national development.
