Solok. BPJS Kesehatan is making its healthcare services more accessible across Indonesia through its BPJS Keliling program, a mobile outreach service that brings administrative assistance directly to communities.

As part of this initiative, BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Solok recently held a BPJS Keliling event in Aro IV Korong subdistrict, Solok City, on Wednesday.

The outreach program is designed to help residents who face time constraints, distance barriers, or busy schedules that make it difficult to visit a BPJS Kesehatan office in person.

One participant, Yeni Marde, 63, expressed gratitude for the benefits she has received through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. She said the coverage significantly eased her family’s financial burden, especially during her heart surgery and ongoing monthly medical check-ups.

“I truly feel the benefits. When I had to undergo heart surgery and continue monthly check-ups until now, everything has been covered, so I no longer have to worry about huge medical expenses. It has really helped my family’s financial condition,” Yeni said.

“Now with BPJS Keliling, administrative matters are much easier because I don’t have to travel far to the office. The service is close, practical, and very helpful,” she added.

In addition to providing membership administration services, BPJS Keliling also educates participants on digital services available through the Mobile JKN application.

Through the digital platform, participants can check membership status, update personal data, and transfer primary healthcare facilities quickly and efficiently without visiting a branch office. The program is expected to further improve participant satisfaction with BPJS Kesehatan services.

Head of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Solok Neri Eka Putri said BPJS Keliling serves not only as an administrative service point, but also as a public education platform.

“We introduced BPJS Keliling as part of BPJS Kesehatan’s effort to reach all levels of society quickly and effectively. Our officers can directly assist residents and provide solutions to administrative issues related to JKN services,” Neri said.

“Beyond face-to-face services through BPJS Keliling, we also continue to promote non-face-to-face services, including the Mobile JKN application. Through digital services, participants can independently access various administrative needs without coming to the branch office, making the process more practical and efficient,” she added.
