Bogor. Thousands of residents packed Pakansari Stadium on Sunday for BTV Semesta Berpesta, an annual entertainment festival combining family activities, fitness programs, local business exhibitions, and live music performances.

One lucky visitor went home with the event's grand prize -- a new Daihatsu Ayla.

Hanna Joharia, a resident of Ciomas district in Bogor, was visibly overwhelmed when her name was announced as the winner of the car giveaway.

“I never expected this. It feels like a dream,” Hanna said.

Throughout the day, visitors took part in a range of activities, including games, mass aerobics sessions, and exhibitions featuring products from local micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

The festival culminated in a concert featuring several emerging Indonesian music acts, many of whom brought sizable fan bases to the venue.

Local indie-rock band Rrag opened the show to an enthusiastic reception from the crowd. Formed in 2018, the group has released two albums and is among a growing number of young bands building a following on Indonesia's independent music scene.

Other performers included rising acts Stereo Wall and Idgitaf, as well as pop-rock band Last Child.

Jakarta-based Stereo Wall kicked off its set with the English-language song Loud N Light.

“How are you, Bogor? We're Stereo Wall. Thank you to Semesta Berpesta for giving us the opportunity to perform here,” vocalist Zevana Arga told the crowd.

“This is our first time performing in Bogor. We didn't expect such an incredible response. Thank you so much,” she added.

The entertainment lineup also featured a choir performance by students from Budi Luhur University.

The strong turnout in Bogor highlighted the festival's growing popularity as a family-oriented entertainment event that combines music, community activities, and support for local businesses.

BTV Semesta Berpesta is an annual roadshow festival held in cities across Indonesia. In addition to music performances, the event promotes healthy lifestyles and community engagement through activities such as aerobics sessions, fun walks, children's games, and exhibitions showcasing local culinary products and handicrafts.
