Makassar, South Sulawesi. Thousands of music fans packed Karebosi Field on Saturday night as BTV Semesta Berpesta brought together nationally acclaimed and local musicians for a vibrant celebration that marked the penultimate stop of the festival's eight-city tour across Indonesia.

Pop-rock band Nidji closed the evening with an energetic performance featuring nine of its biggest hits, including Lala Song, Disco Lazy Time, Zayang Zayang, Bolehlah Ku Berharap, Sumpah dan Cinta Matiku, Rahasia Hati, Laskar Pelangi, Biarlah, and Hapus Aku. The crowd sang along throughout the set, creating a lively finale to the day's festivities.

Earlier in the evening, Makassar-based band Paradivya set a romantic tone with performances of Sesal, Bawa Aku, Pelukan yang Tepat, Sampai Kapan, and Bahagia Bercerita.

Another local favorite, indie band Kapal Udara, drew enthusiastic support from loyal fans who filled the venue well before the group's performance.

"Kapal Udara is my favorite band. I came early just to watch them," said Dilla, a fan from neighboring Gowa Regency.

The festival also featured retro-pop group The Lantis, whose Beatles-inspired sound blends 1970s pop influences with contemporary indie music. The band performed several popular songs, including Pancarona, Merah dan Hijau, Belahan Jiwa, Teruntuk Dirimu, Lampu Merah, Bila, Ambang Rindu, and Bunga Maaf.

Beyond the evening concert, BTV Semesta Berpesta offered a full day of family-friendly entertainment. The festival began in the morning with sports activities, games, and competitions for children before culminating in the live music performances.

The event also provided a platform for local micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, particularly food and beverage vendors, to showcase and sell their products, supporting local businesses while enriching the festival experience.

Makassar marks the second-to-last destination on this year's BTV Semesta Berpesta tour, which has previously visited Bali, Yogyakarta, Malang, Bandung, Bogor, and Bekasi. The nationwide festival will conclude with its final stop in Jakarta.
