Bandung. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (bank bjb) has strengthened its collaboration with PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PERSIB) by becoming PERSIB’s Official Banking Partner for the 2026 competitive season.

The partnership was officially launched on Friday, August 14, 2026, at a ceremony attended by West Java Deputy Governor Erwan Setiawan, representatives of bank bjb and PERSIB management, and guests from both organizations.

The collaboration was marked by the signing of the partnership agreement by bank bjb President Director Ayi Subarna and PT PERSIB Bandung Bermartabat CEO Glenn Timothy Sugita. The event also featured the symbolic presentation and signing of the bank bjb x PERSIB co-branded ATM card, as well as the unveiling of the 2014 PERSIB Legend Jersey as part of the bank bjb x PERSIB collaboration.

Adding to the excitement were two mascots representing the respective organizations: TAMBA, the bank bjb mascot, and Prabu, PERSIB’s mascot.

At the time, bank bjb served as PERSIB’s official banking partner, and the collaboration coincided with a historic achievement as PERSIB won the Indonesian league title in 2014 after a 19-year wait.
