All Pegadaian Services Now Integrated into Tring!
Jakarta. State-run pawnshop Pegadaian has made all of its services available into one integrated platform: Tring!.
The company has discontinued the Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) and Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service (PSDS) applications starting earlier this week. The integration to the Tring! by Pegadaian app is part of the company's strategy to speed up digital transformation.
Pegadaian launched Tring! in October 2025 as a new platform that integrates all of the company's products and services, including sharia services.
"Since 2018, the PDS and PSDS applications have been the core digital transformation initiatives that made up our digital ecosystem. They had facilitated customer access, expanded transaction reach, and built a digital customer base. With Tring!, we strive to provide a more integrated, user-friendly, and customer-focused service experience," Pegadaian President Director Damar Latri Setiawan said.
Tring! enables customers to access gold savings, gold installments, pawning services, as well as the gold bullion bank's services like gold deposits. This platform also offers easy digital transactions, personalized services, and enhanced data security.
"Tring! offers gold savings. If you need cash, your savings balance can be pawned. Your gold savings balance can also be converted into a gold deposit to increase its value. You can even pay for gold through the Tring! app," Damar said.
Pegadaian plans to continue its digital transformation while prioritizing good corporate governance and compliance with applicable regulations.
