Jakarta President Prabowo Subianto will swear in new cabinet members on Monday in a sweeping reshuffle involving five ministries and the creation of a new ministry, the State Secretariat announced.

State Secretariat Minister Prasetyo Hadi said the changes will cover the Finance Ministry, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, the Cooperatives Ministry, the Youth and Sports Ministry, and the Ministry for Migrant Worker Protection.

In addition, the president will inaugurate a newly established Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Prasetyo told reporters at the State Palace in Jakarta.

He declined to disclose the names of incoming ministers ahead of the official ceremony.

The announcement, aired live by Beritasatu TV, has stirred particular attention as Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati is widely expected to be replaced. Known for her strict fiscal discipline and credibility in managing the state budget, past rumors of her resignation have rattled markets.
