Geisha, KPK to Fire Up Semesta Berpesta Surabaya Tomorrow
Jakarta. The colossal music festival Semesta Berpesta is coming to Surabaya on Saturday with performances by the pop rock group Geisha and music group Kelompok Pemuja Koplo (KPK) -- not to be confused with the anti-graft commission.
Other artists like love songs specialist Fiersa Besari, The Hud, and Okaay will also be performing at Semesta Berpesta Surabaya. The festival will take place at the eastern parking grounds of Plaza Surabaya. Tickets are now available on online ticketing platforms such as Loket.com, Tiket.com, and Goers at the presale price of Rp 30,000 ($1.82).
Semesta Berpesta will make tours around Indonesia’s major cities this year. The festival kicked off its 2024 tour by stopping at Tasikmalaya, followed by Cirebon. Surabaya marks the event’s third stop this year before it visits other cities, namely Pekanbaru, Palembang, Tangerang, Tegal, Cikarang, Yogyakarta, Malang, Bogor, and Jakarta.
Visitors will not only get to enjoy the astonishing live music performances, but Semesta Berpesta also comes packed with tons of other fun activities and games.
This is also the second year of Semesta Berpesta. In 2023, Semesta Berpesta also held a 12-city tour, and saw huge enthusiasm from the festival-goers.
B-Universe Media Holdings -- which groups BTV, The Jakarta Globe, Beritasatu.com, Investor Daily, and Investor.id -- is the organizer of Semesta Berpesta.
