Shinhan Bank Indonesia Launches Flazz Top-Up Feature on SOL Indonesia Application
Jakarta. Bank Shinhan Indonesia strengthens its digital service ecosystem by introducing a new and more practical way to top up the prepaid electronic money Flazz card through its mobile banking application called SOL Indonesia. With this feature, customers can top up their Flazz card within a second directly from the SOL mobile banking application, using the Near Field Communication (NFC) feature technology in their smartphones.
The introduction of this feature reflects Bank Shinhan Indonesia's commitment to providing a transaction experience that is more convenient, faster, and aligned with the daily transaction needs of today's digital society. The top-up process can be completed anytime, without the need to visit an ATM or a physical merchant.
As part of the launching period for this feature, Bank Shinhan Indonesia is also offering an additional benefit in the form of a waived administration fee (free admin)* for every Flazz Top Up transaction made through the SOL Indonesia application. This program is expected to enhance customer convenience and encourage broader adoption of digital transactions, providing a more seamless and enjoyable banking experience for customers.
“We continuously strive to deliver digital service innovations that provide real convenience in our customers’ daily activities,” said Koo Hyunghoe, President Director of Bank Shinhan Indonesia. “The Flazz Top Up feature on SOL Indonesia represents our concrete step toward a more practical and enjoyable banking experience.”
The Flazz Top Up feature is now available on the SOL Indonesia application. More information regarding promotions and other digital programs can be found through the official social media channels of Bank Shinhan Indonesia:
