Pegadaian PMO Wins Global Recognition: Awarded Best PMO in Asia-Pacific
Jakarta. Pegadaian has once again achieved remarkable success on the international stage. The Pegadaian Project Management Office -- or PMO -- won the PMO Global Awards 2025 in the Asia-Pacific category.
This prestigious award, organized by the Project Management Institute -- or PMI, is a testament to Pegadaian’s ability to compete with leading companies from around the world.
The PMO Global Awards by PMI is an annual event that recognizes the best PMO teams and leaders worldwide. The judging process is conducted rigorously by PMO experts from various countries, focusing on a company’s PMO transformation journey, methodologies, organizational impact, and contributions to society and the environment.
Pegadaian’s victory in the Asia-Pacific category demonstrates the company’s capability in effectively managing strategic projects, in line with its ongoing transformation vision. Pegadaian President Director, Damar Latri Setiawan, expressed his pride in this achievement.
“This award is not only a source of pride for Pegadaian but also for Indonesia. This accomplishment is clear evidence that Pegadaian’s PMO can compete at the global level, support the company’s transformation, and create a positive impact for stakeholders,” said Damar.
This recognition further motivates Pegadaian to continue strengthening the role of its PMO as the driving force of corporate transformation. With a reliable project management system, Pegadaian can ensure that every strategic project is executed effectively and delivers sustainable value for both the company and the nation. This victory also cements Pegadaian’s position as an adaptive and innovative company, not only in Indonesia but across the Asia-Pacific region.
