Jakarta. Former energy and transport minister Ignasius Jonan has stepped down as President Commissioner of IT solutions firm Anabatic Technologies, effective March 27, following approval from shareholders.

Jonan, who joined the company in 2021, is credited with leading a period of transformation that strengthened Anabatic’s governance, operational discipline, and financial structure.

During his tenure, the company implemented a series of fundamental improvements, including enhanced corporate governance practices, tighter operational controls, and financial restructuring.

Anabatic also recorded consistent performance gains over four consecutive years, reflected in a healthier balance sheet and retained earnings that have moved closer to breakeven.

“It has been an honor to be part of Anabatic Technologies’ transformation journey. We have built a strong foundation through governance, financial discipline, and a focus on sustainable growth,” Jonan said in a statement on Saturday.

The company reported a net profit of Rp 165.4 billion ($9.8 million) in the third quarter of 2025, up from Rp 113.9 billion in the same period a year earlier.

Anabatic President Director Harry Surjanto Hambali expressed appreciation for Jonan’s contributions over nearly five years.

“We are grateful for his guidance and outstanding contributions throughout his leadership,” Harry said.
