IFG, Lemhannas Deepen Collaboration on Future Leaders
Jakarta. Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) and its holding members have reaffirmed their commitment to developing professional and nationally minded leaders by sending 43 participants to the 2026 Collaborative National Values Consolidation Program organized by the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhannas RI).
The program, officially titled the 118th Cohort of the National Values Consolidation Program (PPNK), is part of IFG’s broader strategy to prepare future leaders capable of strengthening corporate competitiveness while supporting Indonesia’s economic resilience.
As Indonesia’s state-owned insurance, guarantee, and investment holding company, Indonesia Financial Group said leadership quality remains a critical foundation for maintaining long-term organizational sustainability and supporting the government’s vision of Indonesia Emas 2045.
Governor of Lemhannas RI TB Ace Hasan Syadzily praised IFG and its subsidiaries for their continued participation in the program, calling the collaboration a strategic effort to prepare leaders who can balance corporate interests with national priorities.
“We appreciate IFG and its holding members for consistently participating in the National Values Consolidation Program,” Ace said in a statement on Monday.
“Through this program, we hope participants will strengthen their national character, integrity, and leadership capacity amid global geopolitical and economic dynamics. Leadership with a strong national perspective and cross-sector collaboration is essential to reinforcing national resilience, including economic resilience, and supporting the realization of Indonesia Emas 2045,” he added.
IFG Human Resources Director Rizal Ariansyah said the growing number of participants reflected the company’s long-term commitment to building a leadership pipeline that combines professional competence with strong national values.
“The increase in participants is not merely about numbers. It reflects IFG’s consistent commitment to preparing leaders who excel professionally while possessing strong national character, high integrity, and dedication to the nation and the state,” Rizal said.
According to Rizal, IFG’s partnership with Lemhannas RI began in 2023, when the company sent 14 senior management participants. The number fell to 10 participants in 2024 before rising sharply to 43 participants this year.
The 2026 PPNK program carries the theme “Strengthening National Values Through Enhanced Cross-Sector Collaboration to Realize Indonesia Emas 2045,” a theme IFG said is highly relevant amid global geopolitical shifts, rapid technological transformation, and changing economic dynamics.
The initiative also aligns with President Prabowo Subianto’s Asta Cita development agenda, particularly in the areas of human capital development, strengthening Pancasila values, improving national leadership quality, and reinforcing national unity.
IFG said it would continue investing in leadership development programs aimed at producing adaptive, professional, and integrity-driven leaders capable of contributing to Indonesia’s long-term economic resilience and national development goals.
