Chandra Asri Seeks Indonesia's Next Generation of Leaders Through Chandra Asri ASPIRE Graduate Development Program 2026
Jakarta. Chandra Asri Pacific (Chandra Asri Group), a leading energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions provider in Southeast Asia, has launched applications for Chandra Asri ASPIRE 2026, its Graduate Development Program (GDP), which aims to nurture Indonesia's next generation of business leaders through a structured career development pathway.
The program is open to Indonesian citizens who are fresh graduates, students set to graduate in 2026 from universities in Indonesia or overseas, as well as professionals with up to two years of work experience. Chandra Asri ASPIRE Graduate Development Program 2026 seeks high-potential candidates with strong academic performance, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ambition to make meaningful contributions. Applications are open from July 6 to Aug. 3 via the company's official career portal.
Director of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Chandra Asri Group Suryandi said the initiative reflects the company's commitment to helping young Indonesians build their careers through a structured talent development program.
"This program is designed to prepare the next generation of young professionals to contribute to Chandra Asri Group's transformation and growth journey. Participants selected for Chandra Asri ASPIRE 2026 will be equipped with the leadership capabilities, business acumen, and agility needed to thrive in today's dynamic industrial landscape. We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for learning, high adaptability, and the aspiration to grow into the leaders of tomorrow," Suryandi said.
Participants selected for the program will take part in an intensive development journey that combines structured learning with cross-functional exposure across the company's core business areas, including business management, operations, and engineering. The curriculum is designed to strengthen participants' capabilities and prepare them for future strategic leadership positions.
To complement the program, Chandra Asri Group will organize a series of campus roadshows at leading public and private universities across Indonesia. The events will give prospective applicants the opportunity to gain industry insights, develop key competencies, and interact directly with professionals from the company.
