Jakarta. State lender PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, received two prestigious awards at the 2025 Bank Indonesia (BI) Awards, held during the central bank's annual meeting on Friday, November 28, 2025. The awards were presented by Bank Indonesia Governor Perry Warjiyo to BNI President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan, in the presence of President Prabowo Subianto.

BNI was recognized as the Best Rupiah Monetary Control Partner Bank and as the Champion of People’s Economy Advancement for KBMI 3 & 4 Banks (large, top tier banks). BNI President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan said the awards reflect appreciation for the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting Bank Indonesia’s strategic programs.
