Malang, E. Java. BTV’s Semesta Berpesta Festival is set to rock the UMM Dome in Malang on Saturday, promising a day of high-energy music, community celebration, and local culinary showcases.

Headlining the annual festival is pop singer Ziva Magnolya, known for her golden vocals and hits from her time on Indonesian Idol Season 10. Fellow Indonesian Idol finalist Nyoman Paul will also perform, bringing his distinctive vocal style to the stage. Fans of dangdut koplo genre will be treated to a performance by Pertelon Koplo, a rising group known for delivering contemporary Javanese rhythms.

Artists Sindy Amani and Ferrent Saura will also join the lineup, adding diversity to the festival’s musical offerings and ensuring a vibrant experience for attendees.

“This is our fourth Semesta Berpesta in Malang, and we’re excited to bring in these top artists for a full day of celebration,” said Donny Wardana, Head of Marketing for BTV’s Semesta Berpesta division, on Friday.

The festival has generated strong enthusiasm, with 5,000 tickets sold online ahead of the event. To accommodate high demand, on-the-spot ticket sales will open Saturday morning at the venue, with prices starting at Rp 25,000, making it one of the most accessible music festivals featuring top-tier Indonesian artists.

“Online ticket sales are closed, but we’re opening direct on-site purchases to allow more visitors to join the celebration,” Donny added.

The event is more than just a music concert. Starting early at 6:30 a.m., the festival kicked off with a Zumba session that drew crowds of enthusiastic participants of all ages, dancing to upbeat remix tracks in vibrant sportswear and accessories. The Zumba event is part of a full-day program that includes fun games, a children’s coloring competition, and a culinary bazaar.

The bazaar will feature around 30 MSME food stalls, offering a variety of snacks, hearty meals, and beverages for festival-goers to enjoy between activities and performances.

“We hope residents of Malang and surrounding areas will come and experience the excitement of BTV Semesta Berpesta, as we celebrate together with top artists and a vibrant community atmosphere,” Donny said.
