Denpasar. One of Indonesia’s largest festival events, BTV Semesta Berpesta Bali 2026, is set to take place at Mertasari Beach in Sanur on Saturday, offering a full day of entertainment for a symbolic entry fee of just Rp1.

Final preparations were underway on Friday, with the main stage, rows of small-business booths, and sponsor areas already in place, signaling readiness to welcome thousands of visitors expected to flock to the coastal venue.

Organizers estimate attendance will range between 5,000 and 7,500 people, with programming designed to cater to a wide range of audiences from early morning until late evening.

Activities will begin at 6 a.m. local time, featuring a mix of recreational and creative events. Morning sessions include a fun walk, zumba classes, a children’s coloring competition, and art workshops. Midday programming will shift to youth-focused segments such as High School Takeover and Asia Pop Playground.

In the late afternoon, a choir from Udayana University is scheduled to perform national and regional songs starting at 5 p.m., leading into the evening’s headline entertainment.

The festival will culminate in a live music concert featuring prominent Indonesian acts, with rock band Kotak set to headline. Other performers include Lomba Sihir, along with emerging artists Mieska and Milledenials.

Beyond entertainment, the event will also showcase Bali’s creative economy. Around 20 local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will participate in a bazaar offering a variety of Indonesian cuisine and handcrafted products.

By setting the ticket price at just Rp1, organizers aim to make the festival accessible to all segments of society while positioning it as an affordable weekend destination. With preparations nearing completion, BTV Semesta Berpesta Bali 2026 is expected to deliver a blend of music, culture and grassroots economic activity in one of Bali’s most popular seaside areas.
