Bali All-Access Pass Targets Seamless Travel for International Visitors
Jakarta Digital platform SatuSatu, in partnership with TipTip, has introduced the Bali All-Access Pass, a new travel product aimed at simplifying itinerary planning for visitors to Indonesia’s top tourism destination.
The pass allows users to access a range of curated activities across Bali through a single platform, as part of efforts to make travel on the island more structured and accessible.
A first-of-its-kind offering in Bali, the product integrates itinerary planning with activity booking. Its main feature, Satu Concierge, provides recommendations on destinations, activities and transportation, enabling users to organize trips more efficiently.
“A solution like this can help travelers plan trips that are more effective, efficient and affordable,” said Triawan Munaf, a senior figure in Indonesia’s tourism and creative economy sector, speaking at the launch event in South Jakarta on Wednesday.
The pass is available in flexible durations ranging from one to three days, allowing visitors to tailor their travel plans based on time and budget constraints.
The launch comes as Bali continues to draw strong international demand. Data from Indonesia’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that 1.4 million foreign tourists visited the island in the first quarter of 2026.
Albert Lucius, chief executive of TipTip Group, said the initiative is being positioned as a pilot project, with potential expansion to other destinations across Indonesia.
“Bali has diverse tourism assets, and there are still many opportunities to better connect international visitors with local experiences,” he said.
Industry stakeholders say improving access to lesser-known attractions could help diversify tourism spending, which remains concentrated in a limited number of popular sites.
Brand ambassador Ben Sumadiwiria said many visitors are still unaware of a broader range of activities available on the island, including outdoor and adventure offerings.
The Bali All-Access Pass currently includes more than 50 curated experiences. The company is targeting sales of around 5,000 passes in May, with a primary focus on international tourists.
