Jakarta. Indonesia’s initial public offering (IPO) pipeline has lost its only technology contender, with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reporting that no tech companies remain in the queue for listing as of Friday, Feb.20.

IDX Director of Corporate Assessment I Gede Nyoman Yetna said Mondays eight companies are currently in the pipeline to go public, comprising five large-scale firms with assets above Rp 250 billion and three medium-sized companies with assets ranging between Rp 50 billion – Rp 250 billion ($2.95 million - $14.88 million).

However, the latest sector breakdown shows no companies from the technology sector in the IPO pipeline. This marks a change from the Jan. 15, 2026 data, which previously listed one technology firm preparing for an IPO.

Of the eight companies currently in the pipeline, two operate in the basic materials sector, one in consumer non-cyclicals, one in energy, two in financials, one in industrials, and one in transportation and logistics.

Market chatter had previously pointed to a potential corporate action from Emtek Group (EMTK), particularly plans for an initial public offering of its over-the-top (OTT) platform Vidio in 2026. So far, however, there has been no further clarity on the rumor.

As of Feb. 23, 2026, the total number of listed companies on the IDX stood at 956, based on the exchange’s latest data.
