United Tractors Declares Rp 5.92 Trillion Dividend, Names New Leadership
Jakarta. United Tractors approved a total cash dividend payout of Rp 5.92 trillion ($345.3 million) at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, following a strong 2025 financial performance that delivered a net profit of Rp 14.8 trillion (around $863 million).
The annual meeting was held on Thursday at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra, Jakarta, where shareholders also approved the company’s annual report and audited financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
The company declared a total cash dividend of Rp 1,663 per share.
Corporate Secretary Ari Setiawan said the payout is in line with shareholder approval and will be distributed in stages.
“This cash dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp 567 per share, totaling Rp 2.06 trillion, which was paid on October 24, 2025. The remaining Rp 1,096 per share will be distributed as a final dividend,” Ari said.
The final dividend is scheduled for payment on May 18, 2026, to shareholders on record as of April 28, 2026.
At the same meeting, United Tractors reaffirmed its commitment to its 2030 Sustainability Aspirations, which cover environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities.
On the environmental front, the company is targeting a 30% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and 22% renewable energy utilization. Social goals include a zero-fatality workplace target and community empowerment programs reaching 750,000 beneficiaries.
Ari said the company is also pursuing non-coal business diversification and international governance standards to strengthen long-term resilience while creating sustainable value for stakeholders.

Shareholders also approved a new Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the 2026–2027 term.
