Registration for Prime Tennis & Padel Tournament is Now Open
Jakarta. The registration for the Prime Tennis & Padel Tournament is now open.
This year, the organizers are holding a tennis cup that will have the winners' name engraved on the trophy. This is expected to spur sportsmanship within the community.
"This 'rotating trophy' creates a new tradition. Every winning community will have their name recorded on the trophy. This will create a sense of shared pride and motivation in the coming years," the Prime Tennis & Padel Tournament's chief organizer Annisa D Wijayanti said.
The tournament is slated for Oct. 25-26 at Anwa Racquet Club. Participants can compete in a number of categories in both tennis and padel. The women's community doubles category is set to be the highlight of this year.
Categories for the tennis matches include women's team and men's singles open. The padel tournament will feature women's doubles (bronze category) and celebrity/influencer mixed doubles (invitation only). There are also other activities. For instance, there are celebrity fun matches featuring guest stars on the court. Adults can also join tennis coaching clinics and learn directly from experienced coaches.
Anyone who wishes to join the event can contact the committee. The event is quota-based. Registration will close once it reaches full capacity.
The committee welcomes sponsors and media partners to be part of the tournament. Various sponsorship packages are available and can be tailored to the company's needs. The Prime Tournament also has a dedicated area available for tenants who wish to set up booths during the event. The space is available from tenants from various categories, including food and beverage (F&B), apparel, and lifestyle brands.
