Jakarta. PTPP, a national construction and investment company under Danantara Indonesia, has reaffirmed its commitment to good corporate governance by once again receiving the highest “Informative” rating in the 2025 Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Information Disclosure.

The achievement marks the second consecutive year that PTPP has secured the top qualification, reflecting its consistent performance in providing transparent, accurate, timely, and easily accessible information to the public. The “Informative” rating is the highest level awarded to public bodies for meeting national standards on information disclosure.

PTPP said the recognition underscores its compliance with prevailing regulations and its ongoing efforts to strengthen public trust through accountable governance practices.

Corporate Secretary Joko Raharjo said the result was driven by sustained improvements in the company’s public communication systems and information management.

“This ‘Informative’ rating is recognition of our continuous efforts to strengthen public communication, enhance the quality of information services, and build trust among stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and the wider community,” Joko said in a statement.

He added that information disclosure has evolved beyond a regulatory obligation to become part of PTPP’s corporate culture, supporting credible and sustainable decision-making. The company continues to enhance its communication channels through structured disclosures, performance publications, and responsive, measurable access to information.

The achievement also aligns with PTPP’s support for the government’s Asta Cita agenda, particularly efforts to strengthen clean, transparent, and accountable governance across state-owned enterprises. As a national construction SOE, PTPP views transparency as a key foundation for fostering a healthy business environment, strengthening public confidence, and improving national competitiveness.

“Looking ahead, PTPP is committed not only to maintaining this standard but to further improving the quality of public information disclosure as an integral part of our strategy to support sustainable performance and a strong corporate reputation,” Joko said.

By securing the “Informative” rating for two consecutive years, PTPP has reinforced its standing as a professional, transparent, and trustworthy national construction company, while strengthening market confidence in its governance and long-term performance.
