Jakarta. Indonesia Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (ICDX) hosted a Halalbihalal gathering on April 6, 2026, bringing together key stakeholders in the commodity futures trading industry to strengthen collaboration following the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The event, held in Jakarta, was attended by members of ICDX, Indonesia Clearing House (ICH), the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Association (Aspebtindo), and the Commodity Futures Trading Arbitration Board (BAKTI), as well as representatives from regulators including the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti).

The annual post-Eid gathering serves not only as a platform for networking and reconciliation, but also as a forum for industry participants within the ICDX ecosystem to exchange views on sector developments.

“This Halalbihalal event is not only about maintaining relationships after Eid al-Fitr, but also reflects ICDX’s commitment to building collaboration with all stakeholders in the commodity futures trading industry,” ICDX Director Nursalam said in his remarks.

He said that stronger coordination among stakeholders — each fulfilling their respective roles — is key to advancing Indonesia’s commodity futures market.

Nursalam also expressed appreciation to industry players and partners for their continued cooperation in supporting the sector’s development.

Meanwhile, Aspebtindo Chairman Zulfan Syaiful Bahri welcomed the initiative, describing the gathering as a valuable platform for dialogue.

“This event provides an opportunity to discuss industry developments. We hope such meetings can continue in the future — not only after Eid, but also as part of regular industry engagement,” Zulfan said.

He added that sustained collaboration and synergy among stakeholders are essential to driving growth in Indonesia’s commodity futures trading industry, underscoring the importance of ongoing forums for discussion and coordination.
