Jakarta/London. State lender PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, has once again achieved international recognition at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA). The bank, known for its iconic “46” logo, brought home two prestigious honors: the Gold Award for Best Learning & Development and the Silver Award for Best Use of Technology.

The awards were received directly by BNI Operations Director Ronny Venir at the ceremony held in London, United Kingdom, on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

According to Ronny, the achievement reflects global recognition of BNI’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through innovation, technology, and talent development.

“These awards are the result of the hard work of all BNI employees who continue to deliver the best services based on learning, technology, and innovation,” Ronny said in a written statement.

BNI earned the Gold Award for Best Learning & Development for successfully fostering an adaptive and collaborative learning culture. Through continuous employee competency development, the bank has strengthened service quality and ensured consistent customer experience across all business lines.

The Silver Award for Best Use of Technology underscores BNI’s success in leveraging digital technology to provide faster, safer, and more personalized services. The integration of technology across multiple service channels reinforces BNI’s position as a national bank ready to compete globally.

ICXA 2025 is an international platform organized by Awards International in collaboration with the Indonesia Customer Experience Professional (ICXP). The event honors organizations from around the world that excel in innovation and customer experience strategies.

Ronny said the awards further motivate BNI to strengthen its digital transformation and enhance service quality in the future.

“BNI will continue to innovate, adapt, and transform to deliver the best experience for all customers while representing Indonesia on the global stage,” Ronny said.

With these achievements, BNI further solidifies its position as a financial institution capable of integrating technology, talent, and an innovative work culture to deliver world-class services to its customers.
