BNI Ensures Banking Services Remain Available Over Easter Holiday
Jakarta. State lender PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) has confirmed that banking services will remain available during the Easter holiday on Friday, April 3, through limited operations at selected branches and full access to digital channels.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the measure aims to ensure smooth transactions for the public during the government-designated national holiday.
“BNI is committed to providing banking services for the public, particularly to meet transaction needs during national holidays like Easter,” Okki said in a written statement.
BNI will operate 16 outlets on a limited schedule on April 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. During this period, customers can carry out essential transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, government revenue payments, as well as deposits, cash withdrawals, and transfers between BNI accounts with a daily limit of Rp 25 million per account.
In addition to branch services, BNI ensures that all digital channels remain fully operational 24 hours a day. Customers can access a wide range of transaction services via the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services.
Okki added that digital services are the primary solution for customers to conduct transactions conveniently without visiting a branch.
“Customers can use BNI’s 24-hour digital services to complete transactions more easily, quickly, and safely during the holiday period,” he said.
