Jakarta. Bank Raya is stepping up efforts to encourage digital transactions during the Eid al-Adha holiday period by introducing a range of promotional programs through its Raya application, including initiatives aimed at making qurban donations more practical and accessible.

To mark the Islamic holiday, Bank Raya has partnered with YBM BRILiaN, the charitable foundation affiliated with Bank Rakyat Indonesia, to facilitate digital qurban transactions through the Raya app.

YBM BRILiaN distributes qurban donations through its national “Qurban BRILiaN” program by working with local livestock farmers and delivering meat to communities across Indonesia.

“Eid al-Adha is an important opportunity for Bank Raya to continue introducing innovative digital banking services that make customer transactions easier,” Bank Raya Business Director Kicky Andrie Davetra said.

“Through the Raya application, we want to encourage people to become more active in digital transactions while supporting the spirit of sharing and qurban in a way that is more practical, secure, and inclusive,” he added.

Customers wishing to make qurban transactions can access the Raya app, select the “All Menu” feature, and then choose “Zakat & Donations.” Users can then select “Infaq YBM BRILiaN,” enter the donation amount corresponding to their chosen sacrificial animal, and include the donor’s name in the qurban note section.

After completing the process, customers can finalize the transaction by selecting “Pay Now” and entering their Raya application PIN. Additional terms and conditions are available through Bank Raya’s official website and social media channels.

Customers are eligible for cashback rewards ranging from Rp 100,000 to Rp 700,000 ($5.6 - $39.3) for each YBM BRILiaN qurban transaction conducted through the Raya app.

In May, Bank Raya is also offering several customer appreciation programs, including the MVP Payday May campaign, which gives customers opportunities to receive cashback rewards by completing daily digital transactions using QRIS payments and e-wallet top-ups through the Raya app.

Further details regarding the promotion are available on Bank Raya’s website and social media platforms.

“Bank Raya remains committed to delivering digital banking innovations that not only focus on transaction convenience but also provide meaningful experiences for customers during important moments, including Eid al-Adha,” Kicky said.
