Jakarta. PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) delivered solid financial performance in the first half of 2026, reflecting the resilience of its business fundamentals amid rising raw material costs and a weaker Indonesian rupiah.

The company posted consolidated net profit of Rp 1.2 trillion in the first six months of 2026, up 22.6% from Rp 939 billion in the same period last year. Consolidated net revenue rose 13.2% to Rp 10.9 trillion, compared with Rp 9.6 trillion in the first half of 2025.

The growth in revenue and net profit was driven by both the manufacturing and trading segments. Manufacturing benefited from stronger demand for automotive components from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), supported by higher demand in Indonesia's two- and four-wheeled vehicle markets.

Meanwhile, the trading segment was supported by an expanding aftermarket product portfolio, robust domestic demand backed by the company's distribution and retail network, and continued export growth.

"The positive performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the resilience of the company's business fundamentals despite external challenges, including higher raw material costs and exchange rate volatility," said Astra Otoparts President Director Yusak Kristian Solaeman.

"We will continue strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, enhancing synergies with OEMs, and expanding both our retail network and aftermarket product portfolio to create sustainable value for shareholders," he added.

On the balance sheet, total assets increased 5.6% to Rp 23.9 trillion from Rp 22.6 trillion at the end of 2025. Total equity stood at Rp 17.2 trillion, providing a solid financial foundation to support future operations and expansion.

Manufacturing Segment
Revenue from the manufacturing segment reached Rp5.6 trillion in the first half of 2026, an increase of 11.6% from Rp 5 trillion a year earlier. Growth was driven by rising demand from OEM customers in line with the recovery of Indonesia's motorcycle and passenger vehicle markets.

As part of efforts to expand its customer base, Astra Otoparts continued strengthening partnerships with automotive manufacturers by supplying components to new OEM customers. The company plans to further broaden its customer base through additional collaborations with automakers.

The company also continues to develop components for electric vehicles (xEV), including both general and vehicle-specific parts, while manufacturing electric vehicle charging equipment under its ALTRO brand as part of its commitment to supporting Indonesia's EV ecosystem.

Beyond the automotive industry, Astra Otoparts is diversifying into non-automotive sectors, including medical devices and other industrial businesses, to strengthen its business portfolio and support long-term growth.

Trading Segment
The trading segment generated Rp 5.3 trillion in revenue during the first half of 2026, up 15.1% from Rp 4.6 trillion in the same period last year.

The increase was supported by resilient domestic aftermarket demand, the company's nationwide distribution and retail network, and export contributions.

As of the first half of 2026, Astra Otoparts operated a nationwide distribution network consisting of 49 main dealers and 27 sales offices, serving more than 15,000 automotive spare parts stores across Indonesia.

To improve customer accessibility, the company expanded its modern retail network to 667 outlets nationwide.

Astra Otoparts also continues to develop its online-to-offline (O2O) platform, www.astraotoshop.com, enabling customers to purchase products online and have them installed through the company's retail network.

To support Indonesia's electric vehicle ecosystem, the company had deployed 70 Astra Otopower charging units across 60 strategic locations nationwide as of the first half of 2026.
