Catherine Sutjahyo Resigns as GoTo Deputy CEO
Jakarta. Indonesian technology company GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GoTo) has announced the resignation of Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo as deputy CEO.
In a regulatory disclosure on Friday, GoTo said Catherine stepped down for personal reasons.
Catherine was appointed deputy CEO at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 18, 2025. She previously served as president of On-Demand Services (ODS) from 2023 and had been part of the company’s senior management since 2021.
Her career with the company predates the merger between Gojek and Tokopedia that created GoTo. Catherine joined Gojek in 2017, initially focusing on the development and expansion of its GoFood business.
GoTo said her resignation would have no adverse impact on the company’s operations, legal or financial condition, or business continuity.
The resignation comes as GoTo reports a significant improvement in its financial performance.
In the first half of 2026, GoTo booked net revenue of Rp 10.99 trillion ($619.8 million), up 28% year-on-year.
The company also posted a profit of Rp 423 billion, marking its first-ever half-year profit and reversing a Rp 742 billion loss in the same period last year.
