Un-Yang-Kor-Dai Brings Authentic Thai, Isaan Cuisine to Jakarta
Jakarta. The freshly launched restaurant Un-Yang-Kor-Dai is bringing authentic Thai and Isaan cuisine to Jakarta.
Un-Yang-Kor-Dai recently hosted its grand opening in partnership with the Thai Embassy to launch its first Indonesia outlet. Thai Ambassador to Indonesia Prapan Disyatat was also present that evening.
Un-Yang-Kor-Dai lies in the vibrant locale of East Coast, PIK. The restaurant boasts a spacious 330.9 square meters, accommodating 112 seats, including two private dining rooms. According to a press release, 60 percent of the restaurant’s menu features popular and renowned dishes from traditional Thai cuisine, while the remaining 40 percent showcases the distinctive and bold flavors of Isaan cuisine.
Un-Yang-Kor-Dai has also earned a series of accolades, including the Thai SELECT Signature distinction from the Thai Ministry of Commerce. It was featured in the Michelin Guide during its first year and continued to impress, earning the Michelin Plate in 2021 and the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
“Originally from Khao Yai, Thailand, Un-Yang-Kor-Dai has been winning hearts and taste buds since its Singapore debut in 2018. Now, it’s set to make a grand entrance in Jakarta, Indonesia,” a press release by the restaurant reads.
“Whether you’re a fan of classic Pad Thai, aromatic Tom Yum Goong, or the tangy and spicy Som Tum, there’s something to tantalize every taste bud.”
