Jakarta. Fertilizer producer PT Nusa Palapa Gemilang Tbk approved a cash dividend and changes to its board of commissioners at its annual and extraordinary shareholders' meetings on Thursday, following a year of strong revenue and earnings growth.

Shareholders approved the distribution of 22.4% of the company's 2025 net profit as a cash dividend. Nusa Palapa Gemilang posted a net profit of Rp 4.34 billion for the year, while maintaining sufficient capital to support future business expansion, the company said in a statement.

President Director Ujang Suparman said the company's 2025 performance reflected continued progress in expanding production capacity, broadening its market reach and strengthening its product portfolio.

"The dividend distribution is our appreciation to shareholders for their continued trust while reflecting our confidence in the company's long-term business prospects," Ujang said.

The Gresik, East Java-based company reported net sales of Rp 225.8 billion in 2025, up 34.4% from the previous year. Net profit rose 45.36% year-on-year, supported by stronger market demand, an expanded distribution network and improved operational efficiency.

Operationally, the company increased its granular NPK fertilizer production volume by 69%, lifting annual plant capacity from 72,000 metric tons to 96,000 metric tons. The expansion is expected to strengthen NPGF's ability to meet growing domestic demand while supporting its long-term growth strategy.

"The increase in production capacity is a strategic step to strengthen the company's competitiveness. With higher capacity, we are better positioned to meet market demand and capture growth opportunities in Indonesia's agricultural sector," Ujang said.

The company also expanded its plant nutrition portfolio by introducing Mono Potassium Phosphate (MKP) and Potassium Nitrate (KNO3), broadening its range of fertilizer products for the agricultural industry.

During the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, investors also approved changes to the board of commissioners. Harry Kurniawan and Independent Commissioner Agus Susanto stepped down from their positions, while Agustinus Nicko Ariwibowo was appointed as the new independent commissioner.

Following the meeting, the company's board consists of:

Board of Commissioners

  • Han Galaputra Atmaja – President Commissioner

  • Agustinus Nicko Ariwibowo – Independent Commissioner

Board of Directors

  • Ujang Suparman – President Director

  • Edy Kurniawan – Director

  • Prim Galawira Atmaja – Director

Looking ahead, Nusa Palapa Gemilang said it will continue to prioritize expanding production capacity, developing higher-value products and increasing market penetration to sustain growth.

Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the ticker NPGF, the company manufactures and distributes compound fertilizers from its production base in Gresik, East Java, serving Indonesia's agricultural sector. It said it aims to strengthen food security through product innovation, operational efficiency and good corporate governance.
