KB Bukopin Announces Partnership with INKA Multi Solusi

Jakarta. KB Bukopin recently announced a partnership with a state-owned enterprise subsidiary and train component manufacturer INKA Multi Solusi, also known as IMS, on project orders for trains, Pertashop, and electric buses.

KB Bukopin and IMS recently inked a loan agreement and guarantee at INKA’s head office. The collaboration aims to facilitate the funding for IMS via the provision of letters of credit, domestic letters of credit, working capital loans, bank guarantees, and current account loans for both foreign and domestic customers of trains, Pertashops, and EV buses.

“The collaboration between KB Bukopin and INKA Multi Solusi is expected to bring benefits for both parties. KB Bukopin will provide support to simplify and provide solutions for everything that INKA Multi Solusi needs,” Robby Mondong, the deputy president director at KB Bukopin, was quoted as saying in a recent press statement.

INKA Multi Solusi is a subsidiary of the train car manufacturer INKA. IMS calls itself a total solution provider in the construction and trading of railway components/spare parts as well as land transport products. IMS has three subsidiaries, namely INKA Multi Solusi Service focusing on the maintenance and repair of railroad facilities, INKA Multi Solusi Trading which sells local and imported train components, and INKA Multi Solusi with the business focusing on design, consulting, engineering, technology equipment in the field of railways and other transportation.

"KB Bukopin sees the potential for strategic collaboration with INKA Multi Solusi is very large, we will also take advantage of the collaboration by cross-selling other potential businesses such as payroll, staff loans, credit cards, corporate cards, virtual accounts, vendor financing, and so on,” KB Bukopin's SME business director Yohanes Suhardi said.
