Jakarta. XTB, the global investing platform listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has surpassed PLN 1 billion ($270 million) in net profit for the first time in the first half of 2026 while adding more than 700,000 new clients worldwide. Against that backdrop, Indonesia has emerged as one of the company's key growth markets, where XTB has now launched CFD (contracts for difference) trading after securing regulatory approval from BAPPEBTI.

The launch expands the range of products available to Indonesian clients, who can now trade CFDs on gold, silver, palladium, oil, and natural gas, alongside the more than 650 US stocks and ETFs already accessible through the XTB app. The XTB investing app now serves close to 3 million clients globally.

Indonesia has become one of XTB’s most promising growth markets. The progress we have achieved in recent months confirms the strong potential of the country and our long-term commitment to scaling our business here. Securing the CFD license and launching the new product is an important step in strengthening our position across Southeast Asia, said Omar Arnaout, CEO of XTB.

Indonesia's momentum is driven by a young, digitally connected population showing rising interest in global markets. According to XTB Indonesia's internal data, the number of funded accounts grew by 741.51% in H1 2026 compared with H2 2025. During the same period, the company's cumulative net deposit position rose by 600% in June 2026 compared with December 2025.

The Indonesian market also reflects a broader pattern across Southeast Asia, where retail investors are increasingly seeking regulated platforms that provide direct access to international markets rather than relying solely on domestic instruments.

These results show that more Indonesians are looking for a trusted and intuitive investment platform that gives them access to opportunities beyond their local market. Indonesia has tremendous potential, and our priority is to build long-term trust with investors while continuously expanding the products and services we offer. With our CFD license secured and the product will be live soon, we made another step in supporting our clients as their investment needs continue to evolve, said Jen Rattanajirarodh, Managing Director of XTB Asia.

XTB remains focused on democratizing investing through technology, education, and a broader range of solutions delivered via its all-in-one investing app. By combining market access with educational resources and intuitive tools, the company aims to support clients in making more informed decisions — whether they are building long-term portfolios or trading shorter-term instruments.

PT XTB Indonesia Berjangka (XTB Indonesia) is part of the XTB Global Group and operates under the regulation and supervision of BAPPEBTI, OJK, and Bank Indonesia (BI). XTB Indonesia focuses on long-term investing by providing access to US stocks, global ETFs, and investment plans for structured, goal-based investing. Through the XTB investing app, Indonesian investors can build diversified portfolios, invest globally with ease, and manage their investments in a safe and regulated environment. Backed by global expertise and tailored for local investors, XTB Indonesia helps individuals take control of their financial future through transparency, technology, and trusted market access.
