Jakarta. Structured business models such as partnerships and franchises are gaining traction as they offer proven systems, more measurable risks, and a more practical process for starting a business compared to building one from scratch. These models also allow individuals to enter the business world without being directly involved in day-to-day operations, opening opportunities as investors or business partners.

Responding to this demand, FLEI Business Show 2026 is set to serve as a platform connecting business opportunities with aspiring entrepreneurs seeking more certainty in starting their ventures. The event will not stand alone, as it will be held alongside Café Brasserie Expo and Morefood Expo, transforming the venue into a broader business exploration hub.

FLEI Business Show 2026 Project Manager Rulief Harjianto said the exhibition is designed to enable visitors to meet brands directly, observe their systems, and understand how each business operates in practice rather than just conceptually.

“What we see today is that many people already have the desire to start a business, but are still searching for the right model that can be executed immediately,” Rulief said.

The four-day exhibition, scheduled for May 7–10, 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, will feature more than 400 brands across various industries and is expected to attract 25,000 visitors. The simultaneous staging of the three exhibitions is set to create broader opportunities for inspiration, networking, and business transactions for both visitors and industry players.

In addition to showcasing business opportunities, FLEI Business Show 2026 will also feature programs such as a business conference, inspirational sessions from industry players, free business consultations, and business matching sessions aimed at helping visitors better understand and select the most suitable and ready-to-run business opportunities.

The event is supported by various stakeholders, including the Trade Ministry, as well as associations and communities such as HIPPINDO, APINDO, ASLI, TES, and TWDC. It also partners with international strategic media partners Asiawide Franchise Consultants and World Franchise Associates (WFA), reinforcing FLEI Business Show 2026’s position as a credible and relevant platform in driving entrepreneurship growth in Indonesia.
