Jakarta. American progressive metal band Dream Theater on Friday night wrapped up its Top of the World tour in Jakarta’s Ecopark Ancol.

The band performed 12 songs, kicking off the concert with “Alien” from their latest album “A View from the Top of the World”. Dream Theater took the audience down memory lane with tracks from the “Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence” album, which first came out in 2002. The group’s “Pull Me Under” performance also successfully wowed the crowd.

That night, Dream Theater also played “Sleeping Giant”, “Bridges in the Sky", "Caught in a Web", and “Solitary Shell”. Dream Theater ended the concert with “The Count of Tuscany”, during which guitarist John Petrucci showed off his skills.

“This is my first time seeing Dream Theater live in person. They really pulled off an immaculate performance. Their musical arrangement is unique and genius,” concert-goer Gitra told Beritasatu after the concert.
