BGN Hails Sleman Tridadi 3 Kitchen as Benchmark for Hygienic Operations
Sleman, Yogyakarta. The Sleman Tridadi 3 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) has strengthened its reputation as one of Indonesia’s leading public nutrition service facilities after its infrastructure and production systems were officially recognized as fully compliant with national standards for hygiene and food safety.
Authorities assessed the facility’s water quality, equipment sanitation, ventilation, and drainage systems, all of which were rated “excellent.” The evaluation reinforces the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) kitchen's status as a model for clean and safe nutrition service operations.
Strict sanitation protocols are implemented across every stage of production, beginning with raw material preparation, followed by cooking and processing, and continuing through final distribution. All standard operating procedures are carried out consistently to ensure meals remain safe, nutritious, and free from contamination risks.
Khairul Hidayati, Head of Legal and Public Relations at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), said the facility’s infrastructure quality reflects successful implementation of national standards in public nutrition services.
“SPPG Sleman Tridadi 3 demonstrates what a modern, hygienic, and fully compliant nutrition service facility should look like. This is a concrete example of accountable public service,” Hidayati said on Friday.
Facility head Anatansyah Ayomi Anandari credited the achievement to discipline and teamwork in maintaining high sanitation standards.
“We make sure every room, tool, and production flow follows the SOPs issued by BGN. Water quality, kitchen sanitation, and drainage systems are our top priorities to guarantee safe meals for all recipients,” she said.
Hidayati added that Sleman Tridadi 3’s success provides a foundation for developing stronger nutrition service standards across the country.
“BGN encourages regions to replicate this governance model. Strong infrastructure leads to safe food and ultimately improves public health outcomes,” she said.
