Jakarta. Young artist and entrepreneur Raffi Farid Ahmad has officially been appointed as President Prabowo Subianto's Special Envoy for Youth Development and Arts, a position that has not existed in previous administrations. 

Raffi said he will involve artists in various government programs during President Prabowo's administration.

As a public figure, Raffi is also determined to enhance youth engagement in government affairs.

"Of course, it's not just about artists; I also want to invite collaboration with all elements of society, regardless of their backgrounds," Raffi said at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday.

He claimed that he has planned several programs to be introduced to the government but he didn't go into details.

"I am still waiting for instructions from the president to align the programs we need to implement," he said.

The founder of Rans Entertainment said he wasn't provided with a government office regarding his new role pending decisions from the State Secretariat.
