Jakarta. Amman Mineral Internasional reported a sharp turnaround in the first half of 2026, posting a $498 million (Rp 8.88 trillion) net profit as copper and gold sales surged more than tenfold from a year earlier.

The Indonesian mining company recorded net sales of $2.05 billion in the six months through June, up from $182.59 million in the same period a year earlier, according to its audited financial statement.

The jump was driven by higher production and sales volumes, as well as supportive commodity prices, the company said.

Domestic sales included $430.7 million from refined copper cathodes and $311.06 million from refined gold. Export sales comprised $491.52 million of copper concentrate, $586.92 million of gold and $232.19 million of refined copper cathodes.

Amman Mineral's total assets stood at $13.8 billion as of June 30, compared with $13.87 billion at the end of 2025. Liabilities declined to $7.93 billion from $8.43 billion over the same period.
