Glodok Temples Hold Lowkey Chinese Lunar New Year Celebrations
Jakarta. Dharma Bhakti and Toasebio temples in Glodok, West Jakarta, have held understated Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations on Friday while implementing strict health protocol in line with the country's efforts to curb the Covid-19 spread.
Dharma Bhakti limited the number of worshipers who pray inside the temple. The queue had also been arranged so everyone can pray in solemn but avoid the crowd.
Meanwhile, Toasebio set a time limit for worshipers because the monastery room's size is not too large. The two temples open for worshipers from 06:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
