Covid-Free Zones in Bali
Local tourists enjoy vacation at Sanur Beach in Denpasar, Bali, on March 15, 2021.
Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin and Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno have named three areas in the Island of the Gods —namely Ubud at Gianyar Regency, Nusa Dua at Badung Regency, and Sanur at Denpasar City— as Covid-19-free areas or green zones. The government will also implement the Free Covid Corridor (FCC) program in these three areas to revive the pandemic-crippled tourism. (Antara Photo / Nyoman Hendra Wibowo).
