Jakarta. Indonesia has emerged as the frontrunner in the regional online and mobile gaming industry, anticipating increased revenue and job opportunities within the sector.

In a recent report from the online game store app Steam, Indonesian developers have outpaced their counterparts by releasing or developing an impressive 256 games this month. Thailand follows at a considerable distance with 158 games, while Singapore and the Philippines stand at 134 and 92 games, respectively.
