Jakarta. IDN Founder and Chief Executive Officer Winston Utomo was named the most people-focused CEO at the 2025 Human Resources Excellence Awards.

Winston had won the gold winner award in the said category. It recognizes Winston’s leadership, which places Timmy, the nickname for IDN employees, at the center of every decision and the company's growth.

From the beginning, Winston Utomo has believed that organizational success is determined not only by systems or strategies, but by the mutual trust, caring, and space given to each Timmy. He embodies this philosophy through an authentic and personal approach, from cross-division coffee chats and town hall sessions to direct involvement in every new employee onboarding process.
