Paramount Gading Serpong is one of the examples of a residential and commercial area that has been successfully developed with mature and integrated planning. Another independent city also developed by Paramount Land in 2021, namely Paramount Petals, is located in the western corridor of Jakarta, precisely on the side of the Jakarta-Merak toll road Km. 25, Tangerang, Banten, successfully won 2 prestigious categories based on long-term planning aspects as an independent city with complete facilities for future development,” Nawawi said.
