Jakarta. Paramount Land held a property exhibition entitled “Amazing Gading Serpong” Property Expo 2024 in Tangerang on March 6-11.

This exhibition showered customers with promotions, cashback, and special payment methods for various superior property products, including residential, commercial, and ready-to-build plots at Paramount Gading Serpong, Paramount Petals, and Paramount Village Semarang.

This expo followed 'Paramount Eazy Home Lunar New Year Celebration 2024' which took place in January. 

"This optimism is not without reason but is based on regular market surveys and research, where we see high demand for various quality property products, especially in Gading Serpong and its surroundings," Chrissandy Dave, sales & marketing director of Paramount Land, was quoted as saying in a recent press statement.

At the Property Expo, consumers had the opportunity to get cashback of up to Rp 300 million (valid until March 31, 2024) and an Expo Bonus of up to 20 million. Paramount Land also provides a VAT-free program of up to 100 percent for residential and commercial products during the property handover from January 1 to June 30 although terms and conditions apply.

To date, Gading Serpong is home to over 120,000 people. It has also become a popular destination for people to do activities, hold meetings, and go on culinary tours, among others, according to Henry Napitupulu, the director of planning and design at Paramount Land. Facilities such as schools, hospitals, and hotels, are also available.

“As one of the developers building Gading Serpong City, Paramount Land continues to provide product diversification in the form of residential and commercial facilities, adding and making improvements to infrastructure, opening new road access, expanding boulevard roads, and improving the traffic management system to increase the comfort of people doing activities in this city. Ferry John, the VP of sales for Paramount Land, said the expo gave the public the opportunity to get the best property products at Paramount Gading Serpong, Paramount Petals, and Paramount Village Semarang. 

“This ranges from residential, commercial, to ready-to-build plots by utilizing various promotions according to their needs,” Ferry said.

The company has also partnered with banks for facilities such as home ownership credit (KPR), land ownership credit (KPR), and commercial property ownership credit.
