Mitsubishi Fuso Celebrates 55 Years in Indonesia with New Product Innovations at GIIAS 2025
Jakarta. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation commercial vehicles in Indonesia, officially opened its booth today at the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025, located in Hall 1 Booth 1B at ICE BSD.
Carrying the tagline “The True Business Partner,” Mitsubishi Fuso’s participation this year is more than a product showcase; it marks a special celebration of 55 years of commitment to supporting Indonesia’s economic development.
The tagline underscores Mitsubishi Fuso’s longstanding dedication to delivering durable products and dependable after-sales service, an essential partner to entrepreneurs across various industries. The 55-year milestone reflects a legacy of innovation and close customer collaboration.
KTB President Director Daisuke Okamoto said that Mitsubishi Fuso’s role in Indonesia extends far beyond vehicle sales. Over the past five decades, the company has built a self-sustaining industrial ecosystem with production and assembly centers supported by 100 local suppliers.
“This long-term investment has naturally created wide-ranging employment opportunities. Our vehicles have become essential drivers of Indonesia’s economy, nearly 1.5 million Mitsubishi Fuso trucks have reliably transported goods across the archipelago,” Okamoto said.
Display Highlights at GIIAS 2025
Mitsubishi Fuso is showcasing five vehicles that illustrate its technological innovation and product diversity:

New Solutions for the Logistics Sector
Aligned with GIIAS 2025’s theme “Empowering the Future,” Mitsubishi Fuso introduced its newest innovation: the EV Mobile Charger, a mobile unit designed to provide flexible charging solutions for the eCanter fleet. It also includes a towing feature to support emergency needs, further promoting operational continuity under the Zero Down Time concept.
The company also unveiled its Fighter-X FM65F Tractor Head 4x2, featuring a bold Black Edition cabin that combines strength and sophistication. Aji Jaya, KTB’s Sales and Marketing Director, explained the vehicle was developed to meet the evolving needs of Indonesia’s logistics industry.
“This product delivers robust performance, driving comfort for long hauls, and reliable operation under heavy loads,” he said.
The Fighter-X FM65F comes equipped with a 270 PS engine and 90 kgm torque. It includes an ABS braking system and is engineered to ensure high comfort and stability over long distances.
Enhanced After-Sales Services
The Mitsubishi Fuso booth also includes an after-sales service area, highlighting the Runner Telematics platform, the MyFuso app, and Tiga Berlian Spare Parts. These tools offer real-time vehicle monitoring, easier spare parts access, and integrated support, designed to maximize vehicle productivity and minimize downtime.
To enhance the visitor experience, the booth features a coffee shop and kids’ corner, along with interactive activities for GIIAS attendees.
