Medela Delivers Solid Nine-Month Results and Double-Digit Profit Growth
Jakarta. Medela Potentia (MDLA) maintained strong and consistent growth through the second half of 2025, underscoring the effectiveness of its diversification and efficiency strategies across business lines. The company recorded double-digit profit growth in the nine months ended September.
MDLA booked revenue of Rp 11.1 trillion ($663.96 million) in the first nine months of 2025, up 2.8 percent from the same period last year. Net profit surged 16.3 percent to Rp 294 billion ($17.6 million), while gross profit rose 5.6 percent to Rp 1.07 trillion ($64 million), driven by optimized product portfolios and positive contributions from key strategic principals.
“This performance reflects the success of our continuous diversification strategy,” said Medela Potentia President Director Krestijanto Pandji. “We continue to strengthen integration across subsidiaries and maintain operational efficiency to ensure sustainable, quality growth,” he added.
Growth momentum was also supported by new initiatives across MDLA’s core business lines. Subsidiary Deca Metric Medica (DMM) achieved its first export milestones to Timor Leste and Cambodia, marking a key step toward regional expansion in medical device manufacturing.
In its digital platforms, both B2B and B2C channels continued to perform strongly. The GPOS B2B platform recorded a 10 percent increase in sales and expanded its distribution coverage by 22 percent, while GoApotik saw 31 percent revenue growth, accompanied by a 34 percent rise in customers and a 13 percent increase in transactions.
Through Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), MDLA strengthened its distribution segment by adding four new principals, one in consumer health and three in medical devices, by the end of the third quarter. The expansion further solidified AAM’s position as a trusted distribution partner for both domestic and international pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers.
In line with its commitment to sustainability, MDLA continued to advance its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The company received recognition at the IDX Channel Anugerah ESG and earned two accolades at the Top GRC Awards 2025: TOP GRC #4 Star (Very Good) and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025.
“These achievements reflect MDLA’s consistency in building sound, resilient, and sustainability-oriented governance,” Krestijanto said. “We are optimistic this positive momentum will continue through year-end.”
