Jakarta. As Indonesia’s business landscape enters a more challenging phase in 2026, Marketeers KONEK 2025 returns as a practical learning platform designed specifically for entrepreneurs. With shifting customer expectations, unpredictable market dynamics, and constant pressure to innovate, KONEK serves as a strategic space for business owners to gain inspiration, real solutions, and direct access to growth.

Carrying the theme “Entrepreneurs’ Gathering: Ready to Succeed in 2026,” KONEK 2025 will be held on 27 November at CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta. This year’s edition introduces a more hands-on learning format shaped around success stories and lessons from nine inspiring Indonesian founders who have navigated the toughest challenges of business development—from marketing and branding to sales and product growth.

The event opens with a 2026 Marketing Plan workshop led by Iwan Setiawan, CEO of MarkPlus, Inc. & Marketeers, followed by a 2026 Indonesian Economic Outlook presented by senior economist A. Prasetyantoko. Afterward, nine successful founders of Indonesian brands will share “9 Solutions to 9 Business Challenges,” offering actionable playbooks rooted in real-world experience.

“Every entrepreneur has a big dream, but many get stuck in recurring challenges. KONEK helps break that dead end with clear plans and practical steps. We hope participants leave with direction, confidence, and the capability to grow their business and face future uncertainty,” said Iwan Setiawan on Monday.

Learning From Real Problems and Real Solutions
At KONEK 2025, participants will dissect nine key entrepreneurial challenges and learn solutions directly from the founders who solved them. Each session is structured to help entrepreneurs identify issues in their own businesses and map out responses using the 2026 Marketing Plan Workbook -- a dedicated work guide built to support systematic marketing planning.

Beyond seminars, KONEK invites participants to test real-world strategy through an interactive Potluck Session, where entrepreneurs can:

- Introduce their products
- Present and review products from fellow participants
- Test their marketing strategies in a live setting

This session represents a major opportunity for MSMEs to receive direct feedback, strengthen their business networks, and gain brand exposure.

Recognizing Excellence Through Marketeers SME Award 2025
KONEK 2025 will also serve as the stage for the Marketeers SME Award 2025, honoring companies, brands, and entrepreneurs whose creativity and innovation exemplify Sustainable Marketing Excellence (SME).

Now in its fourth year, the Marketeers SME Award recognizes winners in three key categories:

- Entrepreneurs
- Companies that empower MSMEs
- Companies with sustainability programs

The award underscores appreciation for business actors who are not only flourishing but also contributing meaningfully to Indonesia’s broader business ecosystem.

More than a one-day seminar, Marketeers KONEK 2025 and the Marketeers SME Award represent strategic investment opportunities for entrepreneurs who want to stay relevant, competitive, and growth-driven in 2026.

Through a series of practical sessions and recognition for business excellence, KONEK 2025 is positioned to become an essential momentum-building platform for entrepreneurs preparing to navigate the uncertainties -- and opportunities -- of the coming year.
